Silk, cotton, georgette, chiffon, festive and wedding sarees. Delicate borders and embellishments need individual attention, so send us a photo on WhatsApp before booking if you are unsure.
Before weddings, Avurudu and family events
Sarees often go straight from the cupboard to the occasion. Have yours cleaned and pressed a few days ahead so it is ready when you are, and use express if time is short.
Storing your saree
Keep sarees folded in a cotton or muslin cloth, away from damp. Refold along different lines every few months so creases do not settle in one place.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a silk saree be dry cleaned?
Only when it needs it: after a few wearings, or sooner if it has a stain. Over-cleaning wears delicate fabric, so air it between wearings.
Do you press sarees after cleaning?
Yes. Sarees are pressed and finished before they are returned.
Can I send the blouse and petticoat too?
Yes. Send everything together and we will advise the right cleaning for each piece.
