How do pickup and delivery work?
Order online or message us on WhatsApp, choose a pickup window, then bag your clothes and leave the bag at your doorstep. We collect it, clean everything, and bring it back to the same address.
What can you wash?
Almost anything you can throw at us: everyday wear, uniforms, bedding, towels and more. Delicate and formal pieces go through dry cleaning. Mention stains or special care when you book.
Is my laundry disinfected?
Yes. Every wash includes disinfecting, so your clothes come back clean and germ-free.
How fast is express?
Express returns your laundry within 24 hours of pickup. Choose it when you order. An express charge applies and is confirmed before we collect.
How is the price worked out?
Pricing is by item and service. Our online estimator gives an indicative price, and we confirm the final amount when we collect your laundry, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. Leave your bag at the doorstep during the pickup window you chose, and we will take it from there.
